About Mr. Jeffcott

Mr. Jeffcott grew up in Eugene, Oregon where he attended Crest Drive Elementary School.  He graduated from the University of Oregon in 1997 and Pacific University in 2005.
After living for a year in Germany and exploring different career paths for a few more, Mr. Jeffcott joined the Peace Corps as an education volunteer on the small Micronesian island of Kosrae.  In Utwe Village, he established a library, coached basketball, taught English, helped get the school online, climbed tangerine trees, and snorkeled perhaps more than he should have.
Upon returning to the USA, Mr. Jeffcott worked in various capacities in the Eugene School District before settling in Beaverton and teaching for the next 10 years in Wilsonville.  He is now enjoying a wonderful job as a 5th grade teacher at Scholls Heights Elementary school.
Mr. Jeffcott lives near Summer Lake Park in Tigard with his wife, two kids (pictured below), and two crazy dogs.
